Dogs and Puppies

Please bring along a collar and leash or pet carrier to avoid additional fees.

0-7 Years Old:

$130.00 + Tax - includes spay/neuter, distemper, bordatella and rabies vaccine, deworming, and microchipping!

Over 7 Years Old:

$40.00 + Tax - includes same as above.

Cats And Kittens

Please bring your own cat carrier to avoid a $4.99 carrier fee.

Under 1 Year:

$95.00 + Tax - includes spay/neuter, distemper, deworming, and microchipping!

1 Year to 3 Years:

$45.00 + Tax - includes same as above.

Over 4 Years:

$10.00 - includes same as above.

Above fees & inclusions subject to change without public notice. Other pet adoption fees dependent on type (hamsters, gerbils, birds, snakes, rabbits, etc.) and age of animal. Call for special adoption fees and/or for any other details.

1. Find a pet you would like to make a member of your family.
2. Fill out an application and bring it to the Humane Society.
3. The Humane Society will process the application within 24 hours.
4. You will be contacted once your application is approved or declined.
5. Once approved, you will meet with an adoption counselor to help transition your new pet to it's new home and all adoption fees paid at that time.
6. It is your responsibility to keep your pet current on all vaccinations and licensing.
7. Begin your many years of love and friendship!

*Costs are based on three local veterinary clinics in the area.

Adopters will need to fill out an application. A 24-hour waiting period is required.

The application is designed to help us determine if the adoption is in the animal's best interest, and to assist the potential adopter in finding an animal most compatible with his or her lifestyle.
